Health and Wellness play a crucial role in any society's betterment and yet we tend to ignore their roles until an epidemic such as obesity and mental health issues affects a great number of our citizens. In my opinion, no matter how rich a society is financially, without a rich background in education, spiritual enlightenment, social awareness and mostly health and wellness, this society is doomed to fail itself and humankind. Health and Wellness is the core component to our pursuit of happiness and our government, education systems, communities, businesses, food and pharmaceutical markets, medical systems, families and the individual need to prioritize them.
